Free shipping applies only to commercial addresses that do not require lift-gate service. Additional charges apply for Residential/Liftgate Delivery, High-Cost Service Areas, Oversized items, and Arbitrary charges. If these services are utilized, you will be billed accordingly.

We dispatch all orders within 2 to 3 business days after receipt. Please be aware that the shipping transit time does not include the order placement day, weekends, or most holidays. If expedited shipping is needed, please contact us for more details.

Carriers impose surcharges for deliveries to certain limited access locations (remote areas/islands/military bases, oilfields, etc.). Unfortunately, these addresses are not eligible for our free shipping policy, and surcharges will be the responsibility of the customer.

State compliance charges are not covered under our Free Shipping Policy. Customers will be responsible for all fees associated with carrier’s state compliance charges for their orders.

In some remote locations, such as small, isolated, or distant towns, freight carriers may deliver only on certain days of the week, which can delay delivery times. If you have concerns about delivery times, please contact customer service for more information.
