Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders that benefited from complimentary shipping, the original shipping costs will be deducted upon return.

Received the Wrong Item?

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item due to an oversight on our part, please forward a snapshot of the product to sales5@ppi-4safe.com, including your Invoice number, Name, preferred contact number, and a summary of the discrepancy. Our team will promptly reach out to resolve the issue.

Damaged Deliveries

If your item arrives damaged, please refrain from opening it. Instead, capture a photo of the item and send it to sales5@ppi-4safe.com. with your Invoice number, Name, and your best contact number. We will be in touch to organize an exchange. If the item was opened before noticing the damage, simply send us a picture, and we will contact you for the next steps.

Tarps Warranty

SECULOK Tarps are backed by a 90-day manufacturing warranty. Should an issue arise, we will replace the item, as refunds are not provided under this warranty. Please be aware that this warranty does not extend to rips, tears, or wind damage resulting from improper securing of the tarp.

Cargo Control Warranty

SECULOK Cargo Control products come with a 90-day manufacturing warranty. Replacement of the item is our solution for any manufacturing defects, as refunds are not issued. This warranty does not cover damages from incorrect usage.
